Atelier Planeta

Planeta is a name of artist of Ukrainian origin and a temple for experimental transmedia projects. Her books and garderobe are based in Warsaw. However she lives and works between cities and the countryside in Central and Western Europe. She decided to dedicate her life to researching the notion of love. Planetaʼs works focus on symbiotic views of life theory and queer eroticism experience. To materialize her observations and the learning process she uses the language of fashion and performance art. Old objects, second hand fabrics and vintage garments magnetize her with their unknown history and imperfections. By collecting, exposing or/and repairing flaws and defections she celebrates childishness in pieces she makes. Objects are silent witnesses of different stories.
