CHICKS* free performance collective unites diverse young people, experts and interdisciplinary artists in the idea of a queerfeminist network. In intensive research processes CHICKS* search for what they have in common in their different life realities, for what they want to get rid of. CHICKS* question social images of gender, sexuality and power.
In their performances they combine interactive and installative encounter formats with a picture theater of objects and atmospheres. Gianna Pargätzi & Marietheres Jesse are the artistic director team of CHICKS*. They are directors, scenographers, performers and lead workshops.
