Notes on Corona

Basic rules

We want to be respectful of each other and create the safest possible environment for us and our visitors. For this reason, we continue to apply a mask requirement and the 3G rule at events in closed rooms.

Status 19.5.2022

For access to the museum and events, the 3G rule (vaccinated, tested, recovered) applies to persons over 18 years of age.

Children and adolescents under 18 are completely exempt from access restrictions (no more 3G/2G/2GPlus proof testing required). So from now on, they can participate in all events and offers without proof requirements.

No restrictions apply to the catering trade. Wearing a mask is desirable for the protection of guests and employees.

The wearing of a medical mouth protection (FFP2 or OP mask) is mandatory in the public area and all closed rooms.

You will find dispensers with hand sanitizer in the entrance areas. Please use them before going to the cashier and starting your visit.

During the visit, please take care to maintain the required distances of 1.5 to 2 meters and the usual hygiene rules (sneezing/coughing into the crook of the arm/ handkerchief, keeping hands away from the face, avoiding touching other people, regular long hand washing with soap and water).

Please avoid forming groups. Only a limited number of people are allowed in the public area.

Please avoid touching surfaces and objects as much as possible.

If you have any questions, our staff will be happy to help you. Please keep the required distance of 1.5 to 2 meters.
