Thomas Bücker

Thomas Bücker, born in 1975, completed his design studies with distinction at the Department of Design at Münster University of Applied Sciences. Since 2003 he has been working as a designer for image and sound in his EINS_A office in the heart of Münster.

Bücker first appeared as a DJ and producer in 1998 with his music project Jean-Michel. Performances at various music festivals followed - e.g. Madeiradig - Festival for Digital Music and Art (Madeira), U-topia Festival (Dotmund), Kiezsalon (Berlin) and reset. Media Arts Festival (Münster). Another music project is the Bersarin Quartet, which met with great international response in 2008. So far, three albums have been released on the Denovali label. Concerts in Berlin, Moscow, London, Prague, Tallinn, Utrecht, Dresden, Wroclaw and Tolmin were the result.

Currently, the music is performed by the Bersarin Quartet in absolute darkness in 7.1 surround sound format - e.g. in Moscow as part of the SoundUp-Russia Festival.
