Katharina Neuburger is a freelance author, curator and lecturer for museums and universities. She works primarily on curatorial practice, collection development and management, here especially related to graphic collections and archival collections, art in public space, publication management, and digitization and database projects. Neuburger's research interests include Marcel Duchamp and 20th-century art; in 2017, her dissertation on exhibition practice in the United States was published under the title The American Experience, or: Why Marcel Duchamp was able to exhibit works in New York that are not art.
