Langer Freitag: Schaukasten 2024

The Schaukasten will take place in October as part of Long Friday. Seven scholarship holders and participants of the cooperative residency programme of Burg Hülshoff - Center for Literature and the Academy of Media Arts Cologne will show the residency projects they worked on in 2024 and present their work - as an excerpt, as a concept, in conversation and for everyone to experience. For the first time, two scholarship holders from the Kunstakademie Münster will also be presenting the works they created as part of the GegenwartsErde | Contemporary Earth scholarship. The programme ranges between readings, screenings, participatory performances and installations. This year's Schaukasten artists are Luca Bognanni, Julienne De Muirier, Suyeon Kim, Sohyun Lee, Franca Pape, Sophie Rebentisch and Esther Rosiny-Wieland.
